- Lead and coordinate the execution of automotive programs, ensuring adherence to project timelines, milestones, and processes.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to integrate complete program design and development meeting customer deliverables successfully.
- Communicate regularly with stakeholders, including customers and senior management, to provide updates on program status and escalate issues as necessary.
- Utilize program management tools and methodologies to plan, monitor, and control program activities, resources, and deliverables.
- Oversee program budget, expenses, and resource allocation, ensuring cost control and adherence to financial targets.
- Participate in technical design reviews, DFMEA (Design Failure Mode and Effect Analysis) sessions, and customer meetings to ensure program alignment with quality standards and expectations.
- Conduct thorough technical feasibility studies and risk assessments to evaluate program requirements and constraints.
- Monitor program performance metrics and KPIs (Key Performance Indicator), identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Provide leadership and guidance to program team members, fostering their professional growth and development within the organization.

- Involve directly in ongoing projects assigned.
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders, gaining insights into their expectations, needs, and perspectives.
- Attend to all customer revision meetings
- Coordinate program review meetings
- Structure a proper tracking for all change requests coming from suppliers (particularly End of Life components).
- Minimize redesigns by exploring Last Time Buy scenarios
- Structure a proper tracking for all change requests coming from customers.

- On time RIO (risks) management.
- Minimize escalations to Chief Program Engineer
- Complete on time all program reviews.
- Respond quotes to customer in maximum 10 working days.
- Complete all trainings assigned.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in engineering; Master’s degree desired.
- 10+ years of relevant experience in automotive industry.
- Proficiency in program management tools and methodologies, preferably: Agile, JIRA, MS Project.
- Strong understanding of automotive engineering principles and product development processes.
- Experience collaborating with Executive Team and Business Leaders.
- Experience in project management, financial management and budget control.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (regionally or globally) and manage multiple priorities.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality results within project timelines.
- Knowledge of industry standards and regulations (e.g., ISO/TS 16949, APQP).
- Fluent in English and Spanish languages
