- Develop sales strategies and action plans to drive business growth for workplace solutions, including integrated facility management services, office maintenance, cleaning services, security and more
- Identify new business opportunities to achieve assigned sales target
- Perform end-to-end sales cycle from pitching to closing deals
- Develop and maintain strong relationship with existing, new and potential clients
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities and market conditions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of sales strategies.
- Degree holder
- 5+ years of experience in B2B sales with proven sales track record
- Solid Experience in Facility Management, Real Estate Management, Property Management or other related disciplines
- MNC/large corporation background will be an advantage
- Excellent commercial and mindset with good understanding of consumer behaviour, market trends and competition
- Proactive, self-motivated, and result-oriented
- Excellent command in written and spoken English and Chinese
