- Manage and servicing portfolio of global multinational clients, large and medium size local corporate clients.
- Responsible for leading and guiding team members to provide a high level and professional broking servicing standards to meet customer’s expectation in relation to the day to day delivery.
- Responsible for department budget and performance.

- Diploma/ Degree in Business
- Preferred employee benefits industry consulting experience
- Computer skills (especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Communication skill in English (both written & oral)
- Proven client relationship capabilities dealing with large clients with complex needs
- Strong leadership with capacity to develop talent and lead by example
- Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal and public relations skills – able to communicate effectively across organisational levels
