MALTA-BASED! Not offered fully remotely!Role and Responsibilities:
- Provide player support via chat and email
- Identify and address responsible gaming and risk-related concerns
- Assist players and external teams in finding suitable solutions to issues
- Analyze player behavior and identifying potential well-being issues (Responsible Gaming)
- Enhance customer experience, troubleshoot recurring issues and contribute to finding long-term solutions
- Fluent in Finnish, both written and spoken, at a C2/native level
- Proficiency in Estonian is a plus
- Fluent communication skills in English, both written and spoken
- Previous experience in customer support is a plus
- Experience / understanding of igaming (sportsbook/casino) is an advantage!
- Able to effectively communicate and resolve conflicts
- Empathetic and the able to communicate effectively with people who may be stressed or upset when making contact
- Capable of working independently and collaboratively within a team
- Working hours between 07:00 - 01:30 on shift basis all weekdays
- Hybrid-remote flexibility depending on performance and business requirements
- Excellent starting salary of €25 500 / year (€2125/m) + bonus (gross)
