We're looking for an Associate Client Lead who expects more from their career. who will support the relationship with FMCG clients partnering with our retail partner. You'll manage a portfolio of clients to deliver the most relevant dunnhumby insights and solutions and to drive customer driven value creation through collaboration between the retailer and the CPG that builds a better shared understanding of their customers and delivers mutual growth.Joining our commercial team, you'll work with world class and passionate people using cutting-edge techniques on projects that will have both short and long-term impact. You'll work within a fast-paced client leadership team, collaborating with solutions managers and media managers all keen to learn and grow together.It's an opportunity to bring world leading customer data to life and make a real impact in driving change and growth for our clients, and in turn grow the dunnhumby business.What we expect from you

Business administration or Engineering
1-2 years of experience in FMCG companies (consumo masivo) or retail in trade marketing, marketing, category management or commercial areas
Fluent English
Translate data into insight with clear, actionable recommendations for growth
Able to communicate impactfully with clients
Building great relationships with new and existing client stakeholders, establishing trust and becoming a true partner
Consultative approach to selling, identifying needs and selling appropriate solutions
Great collaboration with colleagues
