Business Development Manager, Electrical Equipment Sales

- Train and lead the sales teams on the targeted applications / segments / key offers.
- Help the local sales team to identify targets and convert them from prospects to customers.
- For tailored/customised/expert offers, ensure smooth coordination between all the parties involved (sales, R&D, etc.) to prepare the right offer and ensure smooth project execution.
- Identifying market trends and the need to develop the offering.
- You will be used to working in a multicultural environment and will have strong links with the Group’s various entities:
- Marketing, on the offer (current & future).
- Subsidiary sales, on pricing and technical feasibility.
- Subsidiary development teams, on adapting the offering and specific customer requirements.
- Higher education qualification in electrical engineering/electronics/automation.
- Experience in a sales/business development environment or as a project manager for technical products.
- 8-10 years’ experience in a similar position.
- Fluent English required, French and Italian are a plus.
- Open to travelling up to 50% to company and subsidiary sites.
