Business FunctionGroup Technology and Operations (T&O) enables and empowers the bank with an efficient, nimble and resilient infrastructure through a strategic focus on productivity, quality & control, technology, people capability and innovation. In Group T&O, we manage the majority of the Bank's operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels.ResponsibilitiesTo support DBS’s Technology regional communications team on the following portfolios:
  • Develop communications for senior leaders including but not limited to crafting speeches, scripts and decks, planning of relevant communications efforts and creating compelling storyboards.
  • Review, draft and govern Technology content that is published and showcased externally.
  • Support creation of material for employee townhalls and conferences, copywrite for Group T&O communication channels and newsletter and copyedit for awards submissions.
  • Plan, execute and deliver end-to-end Technology internal marketing campaigns and event-based communications.
  • Work with internal stakeholders and vendors to conceptualise and create microsites, including content creation such as videos and write-ups.
  • Co-manage Technology digital communication platforms, including planning to publishing social media content, taking an end-to-end approach.
  • Design, develop and roll out programmes that bring to life the people strategy. Plan and execute end-to-end on engagement initiatives and key events.
  • Identify different and new ways of marketing and profiling our technology, leaders and world-class innovations and initiatives.
  • Build and maintain a repository of collaterals that can be shared with internal and external audiences.
  • Prepare analytical reports to understand the effectiveness of campaigns and events, and communications efforts.
  • Study the data of various comms campaigns and learning programmes.
  • Assist in other communications support when required.
  • Work with stakeholders and collaborate widely with cross-functional teams.
  • Manage budget allocation.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree with minimum 6 years of working experience in Corporate and Marketing Communications, public relations, journalism, event planning or similar.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex messages to relevant stakeholders.
  • Very strong PowerPoint presentation skills, including ability to illustrate concepts visually for senior management.
  • Experience with marketing communications, social media content management and public relations would be preferred.
  • Experienced in designing & running large scale events, involving senior management, is preferred.
  • Candidate with good understanding of Technology teams would be valued.
  • Experienced at working in a banking / financial institution set-up is preferred.
  • Strong team-player, and yet be able to execute as an individual contributor.
  • Confident dealing with pressure and deadlines.
  • Ability to multi-task and manage multiple deadlines and projects at any one time.
  • A self-starter and collaborator that flourishes in a fast-paced, ever-changing, and deadline-driven environment.
