- Work with end users to elicit and document business needs leveraging Agile methodologies to support and develop digital solutions and explore and conduct analysis on business improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate with the technical team to maximize and leverage the understanding of functional and non-functional requirements, to ensure that the software solutions developed and tested are fit for purpose, meet business needs and are operationally sustainable.
- Advocate for enterprise systems and maintain a super-user role to support Product Safety technical staff.
- Create and modify computer processes to extract information from databases and Interact with scientists and experts to understand how data needs to be converted, loaded and presented and Provide configuration and installation support for specialty software and systems specific to Product Safety.
- Perform development, implementation, and management of cross-functional Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) to deliver insights that enable data driven decisions.
- Support technical staff in the delivery of new capabilities and ensure operability of applications and proper lifecycle management within Product Safety and Manage and support the Product Safety laboratory instrument control systems and active directory machine group.
- Bachelor’s Degree in an IT-related discipline, with a minimum of 5 years of experience.
- Proficient in Windows, Microsoft Office, Adobe, SmartSheet, Microsoft Teams, Power apps, and SharePoint.
- Experience with database development.
- Ability to write scripts in multiple languages such as, but not limited to, Visual Basic, SQL, Shiny and have knowledge of software development lifecycles including Agile development and testing.
- Experience in project management and leadership.
- Demonstrated ability to leverage sound business judgment to translate complex issues/needs into technical requirements and specifications and the ability to translate technical concepts and business information into various forms of documentation for diverse audience types (non-technical business teams, technical teams, system administrators, and integrators).
