- Owns the category within the JBP and develop mutual aligned and agreed Sales & Marketing strategies.
- Articulates the product needs of the customer, based on the Customer Value Assessment (CVA) and accounts strategy.
- You build strong connections with key decision makers, buying teams, merchandisers and marketing teams.
- Provides accurate pre-season sales forecasts and monthly in-season shipping forecasts to the business.
- Works closely with commercial/merchandising teams to develop programs and product ranges to deliver against the JBP.
- Manage the order book and ensures it is tightly managed according to internal policies and customer expectations - alignment with order entry, following up and manage challenges.
- Responsible for managing sell-through activities together with Marketing, monitoring the execution of seasonal sales programs.
- Ensures exceptional brand presence in the account stores and online.
- Visit the market and shops to ensure the quality of our in-store presence and visibility of our products and build relationship with shop pros.
- You possess at least 5 or more years of experience in Sales positions in Key Account or Area Sales in the Winter Sports Equipment market.
- You are willing to travel 5-10 days per month.
- You have excellent relationship building, entreprenurial and analytical skills.
- Leadership: You have the ability to build, focus and align groups to deliver goals. You are able to set and achieve alignment, collaborate efficiently, and communicate the strategy to ensure common understanding.

- Languages: German and English fluency
- IT: Microsoft Office Suite, good knowledge of excel in order to manage big data files, use V look up and pivot tables. You are able to create your own reporting and impactful power point presentations.
