- Define and ensure booking and closing targets in accordance with Dolead strategy
- Conduct high-level negotiations and decision-making sessions with top prospects
- Discern between profitable and non-viable deals, making strategic decisions rooted in past successes
- Identify call centers in Europe to expand market reach and enhance Dolead service capabilities
- Negotiate and close strategic partnerships with key players to ensure seamless integration and mutually beneficial collaborations
- Recruit, manage & coach the sales team - 3 Account Executives + 1 BDR
- Spearhead the sales strategy, ensuring alignment with Dolead's vision and growth targets
- Help efficiently plan, organize, and prioritize meetings and agendas, providing holistic insights even without specific category expertise
- Infuse dynamism, enthusiasm, and positivity in interactions, inspiring both the team and clients
- Ensure the effective use of HubSpot (reports, …)
- 8 years of successful experience and a proven track record of managing and leading sales discussions with top-tier clients (quota carrying), including 3+ years of experience in sales team management
- Demonstrated ability to build strong client relationships, identify sales opportunities and navigate tough conversations to close deals.
- Expertise in sales tools (Hubspot, Linkedin Sales Navigator, Lusha) and strategic forecasting
- Experience in a Call center or in the Lead Generation industry is a strong plus
- Fluent in both English & French (mandatory) - Spanish is a strong plus
- Screen call with Yasmina (Talent Acquisition) - 45 minutes
- First interview with Jean - General Manager Europe - 45 minutes
- Second interview with Jean & a member of the team - including a live test
- Final Interview with Guillaume - Co-founder & CEO Europe
