- Responsible for processing all external customer orders and shipments
- Being the first point of call for customer enquiries
- Manage the logistics process for orders, from order entry to shipment
- Maintain a smooth running of specific accounts and building key business relationships
- Raise all purchase orders
- Handle all outside purchasing from Canada and European suppliers
- Liaising with suppliers and other external and internal teams
- Assist the Sales & Key Account Manager with a variety of administrative dutiesRequirments:
- Some previous administration experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Packages
- Previous customer service interaction
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong Attention to detail
- Well organized and able to prioritize tasksThe Role:
- Starting salary up to £25,000
- Monday - Thursday 9am - 5.00pm, Friday 9am - 4.30pm
- Office based
