Job Title: Accounts Receivable Specialist
Salary: $51,000 - $54,000 per year + 5% bonus + excellent benefits package (see below)

In this Accounts Receivable Specialist role, your responsibilities will include:-Assisting customer service and clients with account inquiries.
-Reviewing client accounts under your responsibility for deductions, overpayments, and credit notes. Maintaining an updated follow-up journal.
-Ensuring follow-up to support the efficiency of customer service responses. Generating credit and refund notes as needed.
-Daily application of payments received from clients in the accounts receivable system.
-Meeting deadlines for month-end closures, including month-end closing in the system and bank reconciliation.Qualifications
In this Accounts Receivable Specialist role, your qualifications will include:-A degree or certificate in accounting preferred, or a combination of accounting education and/or relevant experience.
-Strong English communication skills (important both written and verbal) and functional French skills.
-Three (3) years of experience in an accounting-related position (account reconciliation, cash receipting, invoicing, deductions).
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite with intermediate Excel skills.
-Knowledge of SAP is considered an asset.Summary
