Job Description: Responsibilities: SAFe Responsibilities: Good knowledge on SAFe Processes, events part of SAFe. Ability to manage PI planning and guide team. Identify with the Scrum Team Dependencies , PI Objectives, and business value. Guide the team on how to use the tools for preparing the draft plan and different boards. Help the team in coordinating with other Agile Teams. Overall Responsibilities: Good skills and knowledge of servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment and increasing transparency. Knowledge and experience in handling various well-documented patterns and techniques for filling in the intentional gaps left in Scrum approach. Awareness and experience with widely successful agile techniques: User Stories, Pairing Automated, continuous Integration, continuous Testing. Guiding the team and organization on how to use Agile/Scrum practices and values. Enabling team to be more cross functional, removing impediments or guiding the team how to do that. Conducting Scrum ceremonies, guiding team in estimation and getting clarifications from PO. Be the point of contact for external communications (e.g. from customers or stakeholders) Work with product owners to handle backlogs and new requests. Ensure deliverables are up to quality standards at the end of each sprint. Guide development teams to higher scrum maturity Help build a productive environment where team members 'own' the product and enjoy working on it. MBRDI also aims to partner closely with suppliers in India for its activities in product development and IT services. We are now one of the largest developments centers outside of Germany, employing over 8000 skilled engineers aside from being an integral part of all business units and brands of Mercedes-Benz worldwide
Requirements: 6-8 years of relevant Scrum Master/Agile coach experience in IT projects. PSM/CSM/SAFe certification Good verbal and written communication skills Ability to communicate with remote teams in effective manner. Ability to manage Team conflicts and resource management.
