- Lead the design and development of architectural projects from inception to completion.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their goals, objectives, and requirements.
- Create innovative and functional design concepts that meet client needs and budget constraints.
- Prepare and present design proposals, drawings, and specifications to clients and stakeholders.
- Coordinate with consultants, engineers, and contractors to integrate all aspects of the design and construction process.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor construction progress and quality.
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior staff members.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
- Licensed Architect with a valid registration in Puerto Rico.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience working in an architectural firm.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong design, technical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
