CPM is seeking a talented and motivated Licensed Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of designing and managing projects from concept through construction. This individual will play a key role in leading design efforts, coordinating with clients and consultants, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects.Responsibilities:
  • Lead the design and development of architectural projects from inception to completion.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their goals, objectives, and requirements.
  • Create innovative and functional design concepts that meet client needs and budget constraints.
  • Prepare and present design proposals, drawings, and specifications to clients and stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with consultants, engineers, and contractors to integrate all aspects of the design and construction process.
  • Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
  • Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor construction progress and quality.
  • Mentor and provide guidance to junior staff members.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
  • Licensed Architect with a valid registration in Puerto Rico.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience working in an architectural firm.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Strong design, technical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor in Architecture
  • 10+ years experience
  • Professional license
  • Experience in commercial projects
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Bilingual (English and Spanish)
