Together, we are embarking on a journey where each and every one of us, individually and collectively, welcomes and celebrates individual differences.You will be responsible for the sales performance and development of the Service business with ABB Robotics customers in the Parisian region, boosting sales volumes and margins. You will participate in the development of ABB Service robot optimization solutions over a wider area in the Parisian region. Reporting to the Service Sales Manager and the System Service Business Manager, you will draw on your experience and motivation to build lasting relationships with customers through excellent service.Your responsibilities
  • Effectively cover the bases installed in the Parisian region,
  • Ensure the sale of service offerings, and support customers throughout the life cycle of their installation,
  • Establish and promote strong, lasting relationships with customers by understanding their service needs,
  • Ensure the number of customer visits per week required to maintain the installed base,
  • Identify future market opportunities and formulate solutions in cooperation with technical support,
  • Manage all commercial service processes for customers in the sector (contact, offers and conclusion of contracts).
  • Work as part of a team with the Account Managers.
Your background
  • Ideally with a 2/3-year degree in industrial product sales or technical sales, you have at least 2 years' experience in technical sales of industrial products or services.
  • You have a good commercial approach and real interpersonal skills.
  • You have good communication skills, tenacity and a constructive approach. You are recognized for your curiosity, autonomy, proactivity and results orientation.
  • You are fluent in English.
  • Strong awareness of Health, Safety and Environment rules: HSE is everybody's business.
