Job DescriptionWe have a new Dutch speaking Customer support role available - work from home anywhere in France!As a Customer Service Advisor you will represent a global energy provider in the exciting growth markets for electric car charging stations. You will receive incoming calls, emails as well as live chats from consumers and business clients in the Netherlands You will deal with day to day queries regarding usage and billing as well as troubleshooting issues that arise.We are looking for candidates who have:- Excellent communication skills both verbally and written in Dutch- Good command of English- Excellent listening and problem solving skills- Computer literate- Eagerness to learn and develop- Able to work rotational shifts including late and night shift- Have good internet connection and work space at homeFull paid training will be provided. Competitive Salary plus monthly bonuses.
