Mgongo Area – Tanzania: Our client is looking for a Farm Management Couple to join the team.Only candidates with the relevant experience will be considered.MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
  • Agricultural Diploma / Degree advantageous
  • Min of 5 years previous farm work experience
  • Experience or knowledge in the following advantageous:
  • Dairy
  • Livestock (sheep, goats, camels, buffalo & horses)
  • Must be well-organised with great leadership qualities
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work with and motivate a team
  • Being maintenance/mechanically
  • Somebody who can take ownership and works independently and proactively
  • Valid drivers license
