Job DescriptionWe are very excited to recruit for a new role in Sliema, Malta. This position will be for our client - an online gambling company - and is based in the seaside town of Sliema. This Mediterranean city is full of activity, fun, restaurants and culture.The roleAs a Customer Protection Officer you will play a crucial role by compiling risk and affordability profiles for our customers using open and paid sources. Your task is to continuously reviewing your customers' activity to ensure that our social responsibility and anti-money laundering requirements are met.You will be responsible for identifying, monitoring and customer interactions related to safer gambling, case management and enhanced due diligence, focusing on identifying potential risky behaviour and any AML concerns. You will be advising our players via email and phone on their levels of play and educating them on safer gambling matters.RequirementsWe are looking for candidates who have:
Excellent communication skills both verbally and written in DANISH and ENGLISH
Passionate about safer gambling - having a mindset for prevention and protection of customersKeen interest in the psychology of addiction, regulatory and compliance knowledgePrevious experience in a customer support role,Experience AML/CDD or safer gambling role, will be considered a strong assetProactive and forward thinking skillsComputer literate and fast typing skills * Eagerness to learn and developSalary, Relocation Package and BenefitsCompetitive basic salary of 29,000-32,000 Euro gross p/a plus benefits.
