- Support sales team for paperwork, application submission, tracking progress and providing necessary sales analysis.
- Cross-functional communication with internal collaborators to smooth sales operation workflow.
- Proactively collect tender information and support to prepare bidding documents.
- Update and maintain customer/supplier information in the system.
- Handle the contract storage and follow up on renewal progress.
- Identify barriers to sales operation and work with collaborators to optimize the process.
- Organize internal activities and regular meetings.
- An associate’s or bachelor's degree in business administration or similar preferred.
- Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Experience with ERP and CRM systems, or similar.
- Good in time management.
- Ability to work both independently
- Advanced knowledge of administrative recordkeeping.
- Familiarity with sales reports and sales records.
- Proficiency with word processing and spreadsheet software. (PowerBI, excel, words etc)
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Good in English writing and reading.
