- Development of local channel strategy across all BUs, including implementation.
- P&L (local contribution margin) accountability across the BU including sales budgets and headcount.
- Lead and develop the local sales team and foster a strong performance culture.
- Enhance the user buying experience at retail and at touch points along the target user journey.
- Accountable for leadership, setting goals, monitoring key performance indicators and achieving agreed sales targets.
- Generate profitable market share growth by leading the development and implementation of the sales strategy.
- Implement pricing strategy including terms and conditions management.
- Generate efficiency gains in the sales organization and drive digitalization initiatives.
- Ongoing market analysis, identification of growth potential, risks and trends.
- Maintains contact with national account management and is the escalation level after channel managers.
- Supports and implements regional strategies within the business unit.
- Share best practices with other RBD/CBD.
- Continuous improvement of the sales organization: management, training and development of the sales force.
- (MBA) Master's degree in business, preferably a bachelor's degree in business.
- Desirable knowledge of the local hardware market environment and local cultural fit, 5 years of team leadership and sales operations experience, and 10 years of overall sales experience.
- Bosch Assosiates must be TDP2 or SL2.
- Advanced Microsoft Office, SAP (user), Power BI.
- Fluent English (+ Native), Fluent Spanish.
