  • Development of local channel strategy across all BUs, including implementation.
  • P&L (local contribution margin) accountability across the BU including sales budgets and headcount.
  • Lead and develop the local sales team and foster a strong performance culture.
  • Enhance the user buying experience at retail and at touch points along the target user journey.
  • Accountable for leadership, setting goals, monitoring key performance indicators and achieving agreed sales targets.
Taks
  • Generate profitable market share growth by leading the development and implementation of the sales strategy.
  • Implement pricing strategy including terms and conditions management.
  • Generate efficiency gains in the sales organization and drive digitalization initiatives.
  • Ongoing market analysis, identification of growth potential, risks and trends.
  • Maintains contact with national account management and is the escalation level after channel managers.
  • Supports and implements regional strategies within the business unit.
  • Share best practices with other RBD/CBD.
  • Continuous improvement of the sales organization: management, training and development of the sales force.
QualificationsWe are currently seeking a highly qualified and experienced individual to join our team as Power Tools Division Manager in the Santiago, Chile metropolitan area. In this leadership role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the division's operations, driving growth and ensuring efficient operations.
  • (MBA) Master's degree in business, preferably a bachelor's degree in business.
  • Desirable knowledge of the local hardware market environment and local cultural fit, 5 years of team leadership and sales operations experience, and 10 years of overall sales experience.
  • Bosch Assosiates must be TDP2 or SL2.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office, SAP (user), Power BI.
  • Fluent English (+ Native), Fluent Spanish.
