Job Description:About The RoleExciting opportunity for an experienced Support Analyst to join our Support team in Norway. Take a key role in assisting our Energy industry customers with utilization of our customer information system solution. You'll be working closely with customers, team members and internal stakeholders to solve customer queries, document solutions and provide usage training.About YouYou are a highly enthusiastic individual with proven experience working with customers to solve their problems in a timely and professional manner as well as:
  • Polytechnic or university degree, preferably within ICT or Energy
  • Fluent Norwegian and English, written and spoken
  • Well skilled in cooperation and communication
  • Systematic and focused, with the ability to handle multiple issues simultaneously yet keeping the big picture in mind.
  • Business understanding and curiosity for customers' needs
  • SQL and programming knowledge are seen as beneficial for success in the role.
Key Responsibilities
  • Provide solution consultation for using Hansen CIS-E for different business processes like customer engagement and service, billing, accounting, etc.
  • Support and enable smooth transformation towards energy datahub era and processes with Hansen CIS-E
  • Participate and eventually lead customer trainings, workshops and other meetings
  • Analyze, design solutions and work on different kind of customer needs at different stages of customer engagement
  • Document solution descriptions, usage instructions and problem-solving procedures
  • Build customer and stakeholder relationships
