The Global Business Marketing (GBM) team champions TikTok in the B2B world, empowering the industry to achieve cultural and business success on TikTok through education, inspiration and creativity at scale. Great brands don't just want to be on TikTok - they want to be with TikTok! The Partnerships Solutions team, within GBM, exists to make this happen in a meaningful way. We bottle the best of TikTok's content opportunities in ways that allow brands to be part of these culture shaping moments for deeper marketing effectiveness, delivering reputational work that offers a north star for our platform and the wider industry. Our team works as the connection between the user, product and sales sides of TikTok, supporting priorities across all, including content acquisition, user and community satisfaction and platform monetization.The Head of Global Commercial Partnership Solutions works with various stakeholders across the company to help drive the strategy, creative ideation and development of cultural drumbeat packages, focused on moments important to TikTok, our audience and brand partners. This person is a pro at driving cross-functional collaboration to initiate opportunities for scaled revenue. They are adept at developing new monetization opportunities that live at the intersection of TikTok's vibrant creator community, our product solutions and advertiser goals. Above all, they understand the balance of leading globally for scale while empowering locally for nuanced impact.This position can be based in New York or London.Responsibilities
- Amplify TikTok's mission of inspiring creativity and joy through the creation of scaled partnership opportunities based on cultural moments, business and product priorities
- Build strong partnerships across GMPT, TikTok Operations & Comms teams, Research, Sales and Sales Ops to unlock the most strategic, innovative commercial partnership solutions for TikTok advertisers
- Work closely with the stakeholders to deliver bespoke, integrated campaigns in a time-pressured environment
- Maintain these key relationships to ensure the smooth-running of projects
- Establish global processes and frameworks to accelerate go to market selling opportunities
- Work with the TikToK user side to develop content solutions tied to global seasonal moments, occasions, cultural tentpoles, LIVE opportunities and editorial sponsorships
- Develop compelling materials to enable sales to secure investment
- Support pitching when necessary with senior stakeholders
- Play a lead role in troubleshooting operational issues quickly and find resolutionsQualifications:Minimum Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in digital marketing or marketing partnerships experience
- Strong agency, publisher, broadcaster or brand experience in the advertising and creative spaces
- Highly collaborative, team player, strong influencer and relationship builder with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Creative marketer, ability to conceptualise new ideas and new ways of working
- Must incorporate a roll-up sleeves, always day 1 mentality and execution
- Knowledge of the media planning process
- Ability to work independently and as a team across different departments and prioritise demand from multiple cross functional and cross regional stakeholdersPreferred Qualifications
