- Collaborate with field marketeers, graphic designers, and content creators to develop innovative digital campaigns that align with brand objectives.
- Conceptualize and produce engaging multimedia content including graphics, visuals, and animations.
- Ensure consistency in brand messaging, visual identity, and user experience across all digital platforms.
- Create & maintain digital campaigns
- From set-up to reporting:
- Briefing internal client
- Set-up in our marketing technology stack (Pardot, Salesforce, Halito, Sitecore, …)
- Send out test mails, -surveys, -forms, -pages, …
- Administrative follow-up campaign
- Deliver campaign reporting
- E-mail marketing
- Landing pages
- Webinars
- Marketing Automation flows
- Maintenance of websites
- Conduct regular performance analysis and optimization to maximize the effectiveness of digital campaigns.
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Digital Media, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience (3 years) in digital design, preferably within an agency or in-house marketing team.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects.
- Experience with digital marketing tools:
- Marketing automation / Campaign management (e.g. Pardot / Salesforce)
- Content Management (e.g. Sitecore)
- Analytics (Google Analytics; Google Tag Manager, Google Data Studio
- SEO (e.g. SEMRush)
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and time management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- A portfolio showcasing your digital creative work and demonstrating your ability to translate concepts into impactful visuals.
