- A Bachelor's or Master's degree.
- You have strong knowledge of international payroll.
- You have at least 8 years' experience in international environments.
- You have experience in managing operational teams, preferably cross country
- Experience with HR (cloud) solutions, preferably SAP and/or ECP, is an asset.
- You have an excellent command of English. Dutch or is a plus.
- An annual bonus between 12,5 and 25% based on company and personal performance
