- Support Key Account Management Organization:
- Regular provision or relevant market information and trends to the respective end users (external and internal)
- Visit existing and potential customer’ key personnel alone or together with the KAMs to identify their needs/requirements and give marketing presentations
- Develop and implement marketing support programs in collaboration with KAM, existing and prospective customer’s marketing and senior personnel with the goal to grow SIG Combibloc’s sleeve volume and market value
- Coordinate local input & commercial team for system cost analysis for new projects/ commercial offer
- Product Management:
- Provide sleeves, mock-ups and filled samples to internal and external customers
- Assist customers in the development of new product concepts & Coordinate with Quality Dept. to run trial in SIG Tech Centers (if request)
- Assist customer in the development of new packaging designs or redesigns (“Idea+”)
- Work closely with Commercial team to monitor new product launch in SIG packaging & submit input for the CBAS Reports quarterly and “Market Innovation CBAS”
- Customers’ engagements:
- Understand customers’ portfolios, market trends and ideate concepts to drive and lead innovation workshops with customers in Vietnam. Coordinate with flavor houses for kitchen samples related customers’ workshops.
- Regularly update to customers market information, trends, SIG innovation, SIG blogs via e-news, workshops, meetings
- Marketing Research/Marketing Database (“Insight”):
- Monitor political developments, enactments, regulations affecting SIG Combibloc business and the markets which SIG is supplying
- Monitor economic, social trends and developments in the country and the impacts for company business industry
- Track NCSD and LD total market size, growth, package split, key players and the drivers for growth in the relevant market segments and categories.
- Monitor customers’ communication, marketing campaign, new products launch for monthly review
- Monitor competitors’ communication, marketing campaign, pricing movement for monthly review
- Market & Strategic Planning:
- Develop MKT plan yearly to build SIG Vietnam branding & execute into media channels – focus on digital platforms. Present to CM & Head of cluster MKT for approval.
- Translate/ Copywrite SIG blog posts into local languages and manage contents on time in SIG website/blogs, official digital platform.
- Under the direction of the Country Manager and in accordance to the CBMO/AS Strategic Planning guidelines; develop Vietnam Country Plan (SP&B), Vietnam Business Plan & cascaded by Accounts
- Develop & Execute the CSR activities to build SIG brand
- Sustainability:
- Monitor & Report monthly or adhoc report for local movements on sustainability incl: government regulations, market trends, customers’ demand…
- Work with related partners to carry out the sustainability topics & target in local/ regional
- Develop & execute SIG sustainability plan with/without customers to ensure SIG target in Vietnam.
- Others:
- Work closely with customers & all front-line departments to monitor customers’ satisfaction & take responsibility on active NPS survey yearly.
