Then join the Post-Resolution Office ('PRO') team at Danske Bank!In the PRO team, we oversee delivery against the Commitments Danske Bank made to the US Department of Justice under the 2022 Plea Agreement.You will become part of the Group Risk Organisation, where we share a mutual goal: To ensure integrity through the fair treatment of our customers and to live up to Danske Bank's responsibility to manage risk efficiently and effectively.“As the PRO is highly prioritized by senior management, this role offers some of the financial services sector's best opportunities for personal and professional development within risk, compliance and the banking industry.”Act as single-point-of-contactWe have interactions cut across multiple compliance programs and lines of defence, and involve; responding to regulatory requests, overseeing delivery against the Commitments across multiple subsidiaries and branches simultaneously, and providing frequent reporting to all levels of senior management.We provide support and expertise for colleagues across the compliance programs, as well as project management-related matters - and act as single-point-of-contact for any Plea Agreement-related regulatory interactions.

Leadership - providing inspirational leadership throughout the program by displaying leading actions and behaviours to ensure continuous improvement and delivery excellence
Strategic alignment - ensuring the program is aligned with agreed program direction and priorities
Risk & Issue Management - risk & issue analysis, assessment, and resolution for all workstreams within the program
Dependency Management & Escalation - assessment of program level dependencies and escalation through the program governance
Scoping & Prioritisation - Conduct scoping exercises to ensure rigorous evaluation of Change Requests

You will also close and ongoing collaboration with colleagues in across all applicable Legal Entities to ensure alignment and maximise delivery of program commitments to facilitate program delivery.Who are we looking for?To excel in this role, you have practical understanding of banking products and markets, compliance disciplines (at a minimum AML, KYC and Sanctions), risk management, compliance and control frameworks - and experience in supporting the management of multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Furthermore, you bring:

+6 years of relevant experience in the financial services industry
Experience of Program Management, specifically within a large-scale regulatory, compliance remediation or commercial change initiatives.
Experience delivering projects using both Traditional Waterfall & Agile methodologies.
Good user of the MS Office suite with a willingness to develop additional skills in e.g. project management tools such as Jira or data visualization tools such as Tableau
Fluency in English, both spoken and written, with great written communication skills
