Responsible for crafting strategic content for our brands, including maintaining website updates, managing social media content, creating blog posts, and designing email marketing campaigns. Develops content calendars aligned with the digital strategy, manages the online portal for B2B customers, and produces original photography and videography. Collaborates with key stakeholders to optimize marketing plans and supports sales activities by managing CRM, qualifying leads, and reaching out to potential clients. Represents the brand at trade shows, analyzes sales pipelines, and maintains customer segmentation for targeted campaigns. Supports brand building efforts, contributes to campaign development, and gathers market intelligence through competitor analyses. Candidates must have Marketing background, either related to the academic or professional field as well as graphics skills, such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, etc. The candidate must demonstrate passion and willing to learn and actively participate in marketing projects. Excellent communication, organisational, and relational skills are essential to fulfil this role position.
