Job SummaryRole and Responsibilities / หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบWe are seeking a driven and results-oriented Marketing Specialist to join our team. You will play a key role in marketing critical areas:Client Privilege Program:
  • Develop and implement creative marketing campaigns to promote the program's benefits and drive client participation.
  • Manage communication with clients regarding program updates, benefits, and eligibility.
  • Part of the working team to implement integrated loyalty platform across business groups.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Wealth Management Advisors, Relationship Managers) to ensure seamless program delivery.
  • Analyze program performance metrics and identify opportunities for optimization.
Client Engagement Events:
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to conceptualize and plan exclusive events for high-net-worth clients.
  • Secure and manage partnerships with external parties to enhance event offerings and create win-win scenarios.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing communication strategies for events, including branding materials, invitations, and promotional content.
  • Manage logistics and oversee event execution to ensure a seamless and memorable client experience.
Marketing Promotion:
  • Develop and execute data-driven marketing promotion strategies to increase overall business results for the Wealth Management segment.
  • Work closely with the sales team and/or product team to understand their needs and create targeted marketing campaigns that support their efforts.
  • Analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications / คุณสมบัติ
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, event management, or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum 3-4 years of experience in marketing or event management.
  • Demonstrated understanding of client relationship management principles and the importance of client confidentiality.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, with a talent for collaboration.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute creative marketing campaigns and event concepts.
  • Experience managing and leveraging external partnerships to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Strong attention to detail with a passion for exceeding client expectations.
  • Experience using a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform is a plus.
