- Implementation of the Supplier Quality Assurance and Development Management strategy.
- Implementation of the Supplier Quality Assurance and Development policies, processes, and KPI's to ensure delivery of purchased materials and finished goods that adhere with all Pandora Quality requirements.
- Implementation of Supplier Quality Assurance and Development organization, build a diverse and trust-based leadership team, manned with ideal team players who work as a true team across sub-functions with strong culture of collaboration.
- Manage supplier audits activity to ensure supplier meet Pandora requirement and regulatory standards.
- Manage suppliers's performance improvement program link from an effective Supplier Performance Scorecards by analyse and identify emerging supplier non-conformance trends using appropriate statistical tools.
- Leverage supplier quality data and analysis to drive development strategically.
- Develop effective NCR process and ensure NCRs are resolved in timely manner by provide support and assistance to suppliers in development and execution of corrective actions, with strong focus on preventing reoccurrence.
- Manage Supplier Change Control.
- Ensure periodical submission of supplier's regulatory report follow Pandora requirement.
- Collaborate with key stakeholder to ensure escalation of supplier quality issues impacting to business are resolved in timely manner.
- Improve and sustain eNPS to be within the top quartile. Develop strong internal leadership pipeline, with focus on developing local talent.
- Minimum 7 years's experience in Manufacturing or Supplier Quality, 3 years leading a department.
- Jewelry manufacturing experience preferred.
- High volume, mass manufacturing experience preferred.
- Proven track record of managing supplier's expectation.
- Implement an effective solution for complex business problems.
- Demonstrate ability to make hard decisions, making the right trade-offs.
- Effectively plan and efficiently deliver exceptional work while handling both volume and complexity.
- Is an inspirational leader, practices genuine humility and places the team above their own interests.
- Is self-motivated and hungry enough to work hard; willing to change.
- Is smart about other people; has an ability to lead, manage, motivate, and run own team of future leaders.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills; interact effectively with the organization.
- Quality core tools (AQL, Gage R&R, APQP, FMEA, MSA, SPC, PPAP).
