Job Description1. To take orders and make freight and document pick-up arrangements.2. To distribute relevant pick up and document instructions to Trucking, Custom Brokerage and Messenger team.3. To review, check and verify air export documents as provided by shippers.4. To strictly follow export-handling procedures as established by the management.5. To do daily operations of customer services, including order receiving, order follow-ups, report preparation and customer retention activities.6. To do shipment tracking and advise local or oversea customers and offices on any discrepancies.7. To communicate with overseas offices, local vendors and customers on shipment inquires and to handle customers’ complaints.8. To handle & achieve company’s quality system such as IO, OPS, Training hours, EXCEL9. To take up additional assignments as required to meet with the Company needs.QualificationsUniversity graduate, preferably with minimum 1 year's relevant experience.Be able to work under pressure and in time frame.Good communication in English.Fluent in Thai.Well-versed in MS Office.Additional InformationExpeditors offers excellent benefits
