- Implementation of efficient and effective HR practices that are aligned to business objectives
- Ensuring and supporting positive employee relations
- Ensuring compliance with legislation, policies and procedures
- Developing effective working relationships with relevant external stakeholders
- Updating and maintaining all HR records, employee files and data bases
- HR qualifications advantageous but not essential
- Previous experience in a manufacturing environment advantageous
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organisational and planning skills
- Must hold Australian working rights and current drivers license
- Intermediate computer skills specifically within MS Word and Excel
- Ability to work autonomously as well as in a team environment
- Available to start work early (approx. 4.30am) and/or late (approx. 3.30pm)
