Located near Ipswich, in south east Queensland, the facility has a daily production ability of 3,400 cattle and employs approximately 1,500 people. Cattle are sourced from the finest cattle producing regions to produce a diverse range of pasture fed and grain beef products, from commodity to premium. The renowned AMH brand, the award-winning Yardstick, the highly marbled grain fed Pure Prime and our state's brand, Queenslander Beef and more are all produced at Dinmore.About the RoleThe JBS Dinmore HR Team is currently recruiting an passionate HR Administrator to join the team in a permanent full-time capacity (afternoon shifts). Reporting to the HR Manager, this role is ideal for any HR professionals early in their career looking to further develop their skills in a challenging, complex and fast paced food manufacturing environment.Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Implementation of efficient and effective HR practices that are aligned to business objectives
  • Ensuring and supporting positive employee relations
  • Ensuring compliance with legislation, policies and procedures
  • Developing effective working relationships with relevant external stakeholders
  • Updating and maintaining all HR records, employee files and data bases
About You
  • HR qualifications advantageous but not essential
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing environment advantageous
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organisational and planning skills
  • Must hold Australian working rights and current drivers license
  • Intermediate computer skills specifically within MS Word and Excel
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as in a team environment
  • Available to start work early (approx. 4.30am) and/or late (approx. 3.30pm)
