- Deliver monthly sales targets & business objectives of assigned key e-tailers
- Support and implement the e-commerce strategies, customer journeys, and initiatives
- Perform activity plans and ensure trade spends are within allocated budget for profitable growth
- Build strong relationships with customers to lead business opportunities
- Partner with supply chain to ensure customer service levels are met
- Work close with trade marketing teams to deliver promotional activities
- Drive data partnerships with assigned e-tailers and track KPIs to ensure business objectives are met
- Bachelor’s degree in related fields (preferably in engineering)
- Min 2 years of key account management (preferably e-com customers)
- Strong negotiation, communication and presentation skills with national account management experience
- Understanding of IT services & topology with advanced excel skills
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills with business acumen
- Energetic, proactive, eager to learn, and able to take initiative
- Advance command of verbal and written in English
