- Willingness to learn the production and assembly processes.
- Committed to learning and installing electrical controls and systems.
- Gain knowledge and understanding of electrical, mechanical drawings and schematics, mechanical manufacturing, fitting and assembly.
- Gain an understanding of Pneumatics.
- Problem solving and diagnosis.
- Identify, look for and implement innovative technologies.
- Working and coordinating with external companies.
- Build relationships within Engineering, Production, R&D departments.
- Support in driving new projects.
- Document preparation and control.
- Appreciation for Health & Safety.
- Align themselves with the company SKIEs values.
- Minimum 4 GCSEs grade 4 and above including English and Maths.
- Computer literate.
- Dependable with effective time keeping.
- A positive attitude and good communication skills.
- Be able to commute either by bus, train, or car to college.
