Barden are delighted to have been asked to act on behalf of the CFO of a Tech, Irish HQ, P/E backed company to support the appointment of a Global Head of Accounting.‘This is a unique opportunity to step into a senior finance role in a period of significant transformation, and to make your mark overtime and with experience have a strong commercial impact on the business’ CFOABOUT THE ROLE:

Drive innovation of the global finance processes and reporting across the business.
Ownership of financial reporting and compliance deliverables for the group.
Lead and inspire the accounting team including career development goals & performance management processes.
Ensure robust and qualitative finance policies and procedures are embedded across the group.
Foster strong partnerships across Commercial, Legal, HR, Operations, and Finance to support growth and expansion initiatives.

ABOUT THE PERSON:

Accounting qualification with a minimum of 10 years of relevant practice and industry experience.
Experience in fast-paced international environment, ideally in a group finance environment.
Managed high performing teams in a period of transformation and change.
Strong commercial acumen, able to articulate the numbers to non finance people.
Have strong IT and project management skills.
