  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that align with the overall business objectives
  • Oversee the entire recruitment and selection process, from job posting to onboarding
  • Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance improvement plans
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations
  • Develop and implement effective training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance
  • Maintain employee records and ensure confidentiality and security of HR data
  • Oversee payroll administration and benefits programs, ensuring accuracy and compliance
  • Coordinate and conduct employee engagement initiatives, such as employee surveys and team-building activities
  • Monitor and report on HR metrics and trends to identify areas for improvement
  • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters.
