- Conduct Internal audit reviews covering more particularly Risk Management and P&C actuarial topics of the AXA SA and AXA Liability Managers.
- Support internal audit teams of subsidiaries when auditing P&C and Risk Management actuarial related topics.
- Develop and maintain audit programs on P&C and Risk Management themes (framework, reporting, models, reinsurance, etc.) and ensure that the highest operational standards are consistently adopted across the Group.
- Perform quarterly reporting of audits issues to the Group top management including (Group CRO/GCUO etc.).
- Actively contribute to build the Risk Management & Actuarial Community (“RAC”) of circa 100 persons with a risk and actuarial profile. This could include developing training programs that may be of interest to the wider community.
- Assist in developing R&D tools, e.g., use of Data Analytics in audits, reporting tool etc.
- Play an active role in recruiting, developing, maintaining appropriate skills and capabilities within the team to support actuarial & risk management audits.
- Participate in ad-hoc projects bringing technical expertise as determined by the Head of Finance and Risk audit.
- Liaise with other actuarial family members within the Group to build a network and identify new audit opportunities.
- Strong technical understanding of P&C insurance business including Pricing, Underwiring and Internal Model with over 7 years of experience;
- Proficiency in English and French (both essential);
- Strong analytical skills, with proven ability to perform audits on technical risk management concepts;
- Sturdy qualitative risk-based thinking and problem-solving skills;
- Willingness to travel for up to 10% of the time;
- A good understanding of Solvency II and IFRS17 would be highly valued.
