Are you a multitasking maestro with a knack for numbers? Do you thrive in a fast-paced office environment where no two days are the same? We're seeking a dedicated and versatile individual to fill the role of Office Administrator/Bookkeeper and become an integral part of a team, with one of our clients based in Naas.What's in it for you?
  • €36K+ DOE.
  • Permanent role- ASAP start.
  • Monday-Friday role.
  • Full-time- 8:30am-5pm or Reduced hours-9am-2pm, you choose.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage day-to-day administrative tasks such as answering phones, scheduling appointments, and responding to emails with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Handle accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring accurate recording and timely payments/receipts.
  • Maintain financial records and ledgers, reconciling accounts and preparing financial reports as needed.
  • Process Invoicing.
  • Process quotations.
  • Assist with payroll processing and employee expense reimbursements, maintaining confidentiality and accuracy throughout the process.
  • Support team members and departments with various administrative tasks, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
  • Contribute to process improvements and efficiency initiatives to streamline operations and enhance productivity.
What we're looking for:
  • A Bachelor's degree/ Bookkeeping certificate is desirable.
  • Proven experience in office administration/ bookkeeping roles, demonstrating proficiency in both areas.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a positive attitude and willingness to support team members.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and accounting software (e.g., SAGE), with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • Experience within the haulage/transport/construction/logistics industries is preferred
