Key Responsibilities and ActivitiesStrategic Channel Management: Define, plan, and execute the CCM strategy in the geography in compliance with global guidelines, collaborating with local Marketing and Sales teams.Drive portfolio availability and visibility at the point of sale, both onpremise and offpremise, maximizing consumer/shopper experience and fostering bartender advocacy. Plan and execute brand building BTL activations across all commercial channels. Provide guidelines for distribution growth targets aligned with brand growth priorities. Define the local ecommerce strategy. Perfect Store: Define local point of sale segmentation aligned with global frameworks. Plan and execute Perfect Store in both the On Premise and Off Premise. Oversee Point of Sale Materials definition and execution. Bartender Engagement: Define advocacy and engagement strategies for the bartender community through the local Campari Academy. Ensure proper activation per bartender segment and contribute to the development of guidelines and tools for bartender/ambassador engagement. Insights & Analytics: Drive Shopper learning and articulate insights into strategies. Collect, administer, and report sellout and trade inventories information. Own the Consumption Model. Partner with IT for the implementation of digital transformation in commercial functions. Budgeting & Performance Tracking: Define the CCM annual budget to achieve business objectives. Ensure effective budget management and ROI optimization. Monitor performance and rebalance resources. Ensure compliance with financial procedures and timelines. Leadership: Actively contribute as a member of the Argentina, Peru & Partnership Markets Lead Team. Develop direct reports. Foster strong teamwork with Marketing, Sales, Finance, IT, and HR. Key Relationships Internal: Global Channel CCM Sr. Director, Sales Director, Marketing Director, Finance Director, HR Director, IT Manager, and Managing Counsel. External: BTL Agencies: Activations, Events, Convention, Expos. Outsourcing Agencies: Merchandisers, POS Suppliers and Designers, POSM ADM Suppliers. Agencies: VAPs, Incentives, Bartenders Academy events. Experience Required Minimum 5 years in leadership roles on Trade marketing, Sales, or Marketing with a demonstrated track record of excellence. Proven experience in working cross functionally on challenging projects and delivering excellent results within challenging deadlines. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Administration/Business, or similar. Skills Leadership: Excellent leadership and management skills. Ability to work autonomously and manage competing priorities. Strong interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills. Teamwork & leadership team. Strong commercial outlook, including brand and channel profitability.
