- Train all our new users on our different tools and platforms ;
- Respond to incoming issues with quick and relevant solutions ;
- Collect customer feedback and participate in the continuous improvement of Javelot's solutions and products ;
- Provide follow-up and support to our users through several specialized and adapted communication tools ;
- Actively participate in the structuring of the customer department (formalization, implementation of new tools) ;
- Collect customer feedback and participate in the continuous improvement of Javelot solutions and products ;
- This position requires a minimum of 2 consecutive days of on-site presence per week (4 days wished).
- You have a university degree from a business school, engineering school or master's degree ;
- You have excellent communication skills and are patient and a teacher by nature ;
- You are a good listener, and you like to understand and solve problems ;
- You are fluent in German and English, both orally and in writing (email, chat, telephone) ;
- You are rigorous, autonomous and highly organized ;
- You are not afraid of teamwork.
