- Context – The existing Digital Marketing Technology stack is made of several internal & external tools:
- Public websites, ePlatforms and Content Management Systems
- Digital Marketing automation and Mass e-mailing platforms
- Survey tools
- Data analytics and reporting tools (KPI Dashboards)
- Mission – The mission will include the following tasks:
- Project management: Together with Product Managers in several scopes (to name a few: FX, Rates, Equities and research). The goal of the Digital Marketing Officer is to understand the business strategy, the features and purpose of our electronic platforms and be able to provide Digital Marketing solutions adapted to their needs
- Run Digital Marketing campaigns
- Propose and design automated Digital Marketing strategies interconnecting the various systems
- Creation & maintenance of KPI dashboards (Adobe Analytics, Tabeau & Power BI) to measure the effectiveness of our Digital Marketing tools (including mailing campaigns, surveys and monitoring website traffic)
- Define data analysis strategies to inform decisions on product development and business delivery
- Perform campaign analysis and build reports to optimize digital marketing strategy
- Understand the Digital Marketing stack, the various usages and interactions with other systems/teams (CRM, Telemetry/Usage databases, e-Platforms, CMS)
- Prepare marketing content and assets about our electronic platforms, ensuring they are always up to date and suited for automated Digital Marketing distribution
- Be a force of proposition – Identify opportunities for new functionalities, conduct pilots and testing, pro-actively suggest enhancements and innovation
- Bachelor’s Degree in Data Science
- Up 2 years of relevant working experience
- Fluency in English both oral and written (mandatory)
- Knowlege in:
- Digital Knowledge and Innovation
- Marketing
- Google/Adobe Analytics, Google Tag Manager and Google Datastudio
- PowerBI/Tableau

- Based in Lisbon, the BNP Paribas Global Markets Digital Client Experience & Solutions team has the mission to streamline the digital client journey, identifying areas where they can be improved and propose optimized solutions interconnecting the Marketing and Sales funnels, with integration of data and insights into GM ecosystem. The team is managing the Digital Marketing Technology stack, being able to leverage and expand it to enable continuous improvement of the clients’ digital journeys, working hand-in-hand with Marketing, Communication and Digital Business teams
