- Our client is an industry-leading manufacturing company. They are seeking a Controls Engineer (internally titled Electrical and Controls Engineer) to represent their company. This is a great work environment, and the plant is in excellent shape.
- Comply with safety procedures and review specifications and standard practices.
- Design and modify existing machine control solutions (electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and robotic).
- PLC programming (mostly Allen Bradley). Working with Motion controllers and HMI’s.
- Work with internal hardwired devices, logic standards, and general specifications.
- Work with customers to support machinery and installation needs.
- Provide technical support.
- Travel of up to 20%.
- 5+ years automation/controls engineering experience.
- Experienced with Allen Bradley PLC and HMI.
- Experienced with RS Logix and operator interface design and programming.
- Familiar with industrial automation machinery.
- Experience creating schematics and layouts using AutoCad.
- Experience with fanuc robots.
- Base salary up to 105k/year
