Application, operational and maintenance support for services in operation;Application and operational preparation of new services;Service management and monitoring of service levels;Implementation of monitoring and service control tools;Interface between 1st line (Operation/Customer) and 3rd Line teams (Techniques/Business);Analysis and resolution of Internal/External, technical/functional Incidents;Support 24/7 application, with prevention regime.Requirements:Minimum 6 months experience in a support role;Knowledge of Oracle database;Proficiency in Shell Script (PL/SQL is a plus);Knowledge of Perl (plus);Native level of Portuguese and fluent level of English.Offer:
