- Drive new client acquisitions and client growth through selling Visa Acceptance Solutions & Cybersource.
- Develop, grow, and execute against a pipeline of new opportunities within key markets and segments.
- Direct responsibility for the commercialization plans, partnerships, and revenues of Visa Acceptance Solutions and CyberSource.
- Lead solution deployment efforts that best address customer needs.
- Partner and share ideas, knowledge, and expertise with regional Sales leaders globally to drive a standardized approach to solution deployment.
- Individual contributor, aligning overall proposition narrative across functions and channels.
- Drive sales enablement and revenue growth through proposition development.
- Develop and update sales narrative across internal sales channels.
- Establish and continuously create value propositions, case studies, and thought leadership to position Visa Acceptance Solutions.
- Support team account planning, forecasting, and sales process.
- Present product value proposition to large groups both internally and externally.
- Collaborate with marketing and digital marketing teams to deliver thought leadership content.
- Champion for partners across multiple internal functions to build business cases where applicable to close deals and drive roadmap priorities.
- Work from the office at least 3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site).
- 10 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or at least 8 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters/ MBA/JD/MD) or at least 3 years of work experience with a PhD
- 12 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or 8-10 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 6+ years of work experience with a PhD
- Proven track record in driving new client acquisitions.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed booking and revenue targets.
- Experience deploying a sales methodology to accelerate deal closure through a value-based selling approach.
- Demonstrated ability to partner with peers & seniors in other functional areas and across global regional teams.
- Ability to work independently within a complex and competitive environment and manage multiple initiatives.
- Strong financial acumen related to deal structures and value to execution to the partner ecosystem.
- Experience managing multiple internal stakeholders to deliver commercial goals.
- Ability to drive a collaborative culture with key cross-functional stakeholders.
- High level of problem-solving and project management skills.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to travel regionally if required.
