- Manage a range of formal and informal ER processes, including disciplinary investigations and hearings, grievance investigations and hearings, restructuring and redundancies, performance management, and absence management and support.
- Ensure consistent and efficient application of policies and processes.
- Advise managers and People colleagues on the ER implications of complex organizational change proposals.
- Be an active ER partner to the business by understanding and addressing ER issues within specific assigned business areas.
- Participate in People projects to support the function.
- Experienced in ER and managing and resolving complex ER issues spanning disciplinaries, grievances, and redundancies.
- Strong relationship management skills – ability to develop and maintain relationships with key members of the business.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Good working knowledge of employment legislation, ACAS codes of practice, and case law.
- Ability to manage competing priorities.
- Previous experience working in a professional services company.
- Professionally qualified (CIPD or equivalent).
