We are seeking a dynamic, patient-centered full-time physician to help build our vision.If you have a passion for helping patients and families manage complex, multi-dimensional challenges in long-term care setting, this is the opportunity for you!Seeking compassionate Physician who enjoys being part of a collaborative care team that includes multiple Advanced Practitioners, nurses, social workers, and spiritual care providers. Prefer candidates with geriatric background. Epic & Suncoast EHR. Providers on this team will work closely with hospitalists, emergency medicine, hospice and palliative medicine, primary care, and specialists to ensure continuity of care. Generally, a Monday – Friday schedule, plus shared call coverage.Corewell Health South, formerly Spectrum Health Lakeland, is a teaching hospital offering residencies in Emergency Medicine, Family Medicine, and Internal Medicine.
