Will primarily be responsible for continuously monitoring the environment in which the company operate, to be able to provide and effective, demonstrate and best in class services to our teams and customers.
To provide professional support, to internal and field based sales and customer focused teams, with regards to training, advice, coaching, customer meetings etc.
Be responsible for all training activities, either in house or externally
Ensure that products and solutions are in line with local standards and certifications, if not available drives getting the right certification in place
Work collaboratively with Sales, Manufacturing, Product Management , R&D and other interested parties, with regards to short, medium and long term product planning and technical development
Ensure all customer inquiries are managed effectively, with clear root cause and learning processes in place. Additionally ensuring that learning is communicated across all areas as appropriate, to prevent re-occurrence.
Ensure all document control is managed to the highest level.
Ensure that all technical documents & collateral are updated and maintained to the highest level in order to support our Sales teams and products.
Assist Marketing in generating marketing materials in support of our products and Sales teams.
Assist Sales/Marketing and Product Management in the development and introduction of new products within the Orbia B&I organization.
Respond to queries from Sales/Customer Service and directly with Customers to help select the right product for the specific application.
Entrepreneurial to seize opportunities to develop and create commercial opportunities as well as ways to accelerate growth with different business development activities.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree of Business Management or equivalent.
English - Professional Proficiency.
Min 3 - 5 years experience in engineering.
Possessed a robust communication process with customers, and internal teams.
Good Communications and Presentations skills.
