The ideal candidate should be highly motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.QualificationsThe role
  • Responding to merchant inquiries and ensure timely resolution.
  • Gathering relevant information from merchants and internal teams in order to process change requests.
  • Collaborating with internal teams; Merchant Configuration, Legal, Risk, Onboarding, and Finance teams to ensure seamless processing of requests.
  • Handle multiple inquiries simultaneously while maintaining exceptional service levels.
What we're looking for
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with multidisciplinary senior stakeholders.
  • Capacity to work under pressure, multitask, and meet tight deadlines.
  • Quick learner, adaptable to changes in processes and procedures.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Fluent in English
  • Familiarity with Salesforce is a plus.
