  • Proven experience (5 years) in IT project management, preferably in a retail environment.
  • Strong understanding of retail operations and the integration of technology solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in both French and English.
  • Experience in creating business needs, technical specifications, and training documents.
  • Can animate business workshops and train users on new process or new applications.
  • Strong problem solving, time management and organizational skills.
Technical Skill Set:
  • Knowledge on Salesforce, MS PowerApps, PowerBI, Service Now & Azure DevOPS
  • Able to perform projects in Agile mode.
  • Understand technical infrastructure topics (API, Cloud based hosting, Interfaces management, batch
management, …)A plus would be to have knowledge on:
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
  • Experience with SAP systems
  • Familiarity with beauty and cosmetic industry is advantageous.
In this role, this could be your next day-to-day:The O+O IT Project Manager will play a pivotal role in analyzing business needs, overseeing, and implementingtechnology projects within the O+O environment at Travel Retail. The successful candidate will collaborate with crossfunctionalteams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure the successful planning, execution, and delivery of IT projectsthat align with the company's strategic objectives.Project Management 60%:Project Planning and Strategy:
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets for IT initiatives.
  • Apply Agile methodologies to project management.
  • Work in a product-centric environment, ensuring alignment with product management practices.
  • Facilitate sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives in Agile projects.
  • Align project objectives with group global processes (Design Authority Boards, Privacy by Design, Domain
  • Reviews)
Stakeholder/ Business Needs Management:
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand business requirements and expectations.
  • Translate business requirements into comprehensive business requirement documents.
  • Analyze and Identify current Business processes to gain in simplicity & efficiency.
  • Maintain effective communication channels to update stakeholders on project progress and address concerns.
Team Leadership:
  • Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented work
  • environment.
  • Coordinate with internal and external resources to ensure project milestones are achieved on time and within
  • scope.
Vendor Management:
  • Evaluate, select, and manage external vendors to ensure their alignment with project objectives and timelines.
Risk Management:
  • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Proactively address issues and obstacles that may impact project timelines or objectives.
Quality Assurance:
  • Implement and enforce quality control processes to ensure the delivery of high-quality IT solutions.
  • Conduct thorough testing and validation of systems before deployment.
Application maintenance 40%:
  • Manage external team leading all incidents & demands/enhancements managements on existing application
  • scope.
  • Ensure the support of the Digital & media campaigns.
  • Lead audits & licenses reviews
  • Manage the relationships with the Travel Retail Local IT teams & Group IT teams.
