The primary objective will be to ensure that fabrication activities are carried out safely, efficiently, and in compliance with an offshore wind project contract in the Lithuanian Baltic Sea. Developing the Fabrication Employer requirements for the OSS
Developing a Technical assessment of different proposals, conclusions and recommendations
Developing and implementing fabrication plans and schedules in coordination with Package Manager
Monitor progress against the fabrication schedule and take corrective actions as necessary to ensure timely completion
Establishing and enforcing quality control measures to ensure that fabrication activities meet project specifications and industry standards
Promoting a strong safety culture and ensure that all fabrication activities are conducted in accordance with HSE regulations and best practices
Liaising with fabrication contractors, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure alignment with project requirements and expectations
Providing technical guidance and support to fabrication personnel, including welders, fabricators and inspectors
Coordinating logistics and material management matters.
Required for this position
University degree in engineering or related field
Proven work experience as Fabrication Manager for at least one offshore wind or large scale oil & gas project comprising both topsides and jackets from start of construction throughout equipment installation and commissioning to load out
Strong understanding of fabrication processes, welding techniques, and structural assembly method
Familiarity with relevant industry standards and regulations, such as AWS D1.1, API RP 2A, and ISO 9001
Excellent project management and organizational skills
Experience in leading and working with multi-disciplinary and intercultural project teams
Excellent written and spoken English language skills.

Salary range for this position group is 3436 to 5155 EUR (before taxes). The final offer depends on experience and competence.
