- Competitive remuneration package:
- A degree in food sciences, chemistry, biology, or a related field;
- Experience in food industry, quality assurance, or retail (preferred);
- Familiarity with HACCP and other quality management standards;
- Knowledge of auditing and quality inspection techniques (preferred);
- Strong communication skills and ability to build good relationships;
- Analytical skills with the ability to prioritize and make decisions independently;
- Perfectly fluent Lithuanian language and fluent English (you will work in the Baltic team);
- Driving licence (B category) and ability to travel.
- Ensure safe, transparent and traceable goods handling in stores, production and e-commerce in accordance with legal requirements, quality standards, and company policies;
- Maintain knowledge of quality and food safety within retail operations through support, training, and establishing self-control procedures;
- Conduct quality audits in stores and own production;
- Offer guidelines, trainings, consultations on quality requirements to stores and other stakeholders;
- Monitor state inspections in stores and requested corrective actions;
- Collaborate with state institutions, provide answers to the requests within area of responsibility;
- Foster awareness among employees/colleagues regarding food safety, quality, or authenticity.
